NPHCDA has commenced assessment of ongoing revitalization of primary health care centers across the country, in collaboration with the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC). The joint assessment is to promote transparency, accountability, and value for money of government spending, in line with the Renewed Hope Initiative of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In March 2025, the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate, CON, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the ICPC Chairman, Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, SAN, to ensure effective utilization of funds meant for the health sector.
