At the Global Polio Eradication Initiative Polio Oversight Board Meeting, Dr. Aina participated as a panel discussant on the topic, Eradication & Beyond – Polio Infrastructure and Resilience.

On behalf of His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu , and the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Aina reaffirmed the federal government commitment to intensifying efforts to interrupt cVPV2 transmission and rapidly improve routine immunisation coverage across the country.
