This project aims to integrate the processes of the Agency’s finance and accounts, procurements, Human Resources, as well as inventory management. The project involves evaluating the existing systems, Processes, and infrastructure for Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) integration readiness; map process flows; identify improvement areas; and deploy an optimal Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) solution that aligns with the Agency’s strategic goals.
