Department Of Administration And Human Resources The department of Administration and Human Resource which is basically a service department ensures the smooth and effective management of the Agency. It is headed by a Director.
The department is currently structured into the following four (4) Divisions headed by Officers on GL17 and Deputy Directors:
– Appointment, Promotion & Discipline Division
– General Services Division
– Training & Staff Welfare Division
– Performance Evaluation & Management Division
Department Of Planning, Research And Statistics Department Of Planning, Research And Statistics The Department of Planning, Research and Statistics (PRS) coordinates aspects of activities across departments and liaise with development partners in their relationships with the agency. The department is currently structured into the following Divisions : – Monitoring And Evaluation Division – Health Information Systems Development Division – Operations Research Division – Project Management Unit
Department Of Primary Health Care Systems Development The Primary Health Care System Department (PHCSD) is a Department in National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA). It is saddled with the responsibility of developing and providing robust all-encompassing Primary Health Care services for all Nigerians. The PHC services that are people-oriented, development of health systems utilizing infrastructures that ensure effective community co-management and optimal utilization of available resources both human and material. Divisions:- Health Systems Support Division- Health Financing Division- Human Resource for Health Division.
Department of Disease control and Immunisation The Department of Disease control and Immunisation (DCI) provides guidance and oversee the technical implementation of Immunisation services. Also, The department plan, implement and supervise outbreak response activities of the agency in collaboration with FMOH and other partner agencies. DCI is currently structured into the following Divisions: – -Immunisation Division – Outbreak response and surveillance division

Community Health Services (CHS) Department is one of the 10 departments of National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA). The CHS Department champions three of the Agency’s goals: Improve quality of health care, Engage communities and strengthening partnerships The department is currently structured into the following Divisions :
– Community health services division
– Health Promotion And Social Mobilization

The department is saddled with the responsibility for efficient and effective financial administration by providing financial support services in pursuance of the core mandates and goals of the organization.

Department Of Advocacy & Communication Department Of Advocacy & Communication The department of Advocacy and Communication (A&C) was created in December 2014 to serve as an operational arm of the Agency for Advocacy, Communication and Resource Mobilization. Consequently, in 2017 it was recommended to include Social Mobilization to the department making the divisions:- Communication Division- Social Mobilization Division -Resource Mobilization
Department Of Logistics & Health Commodities Department Of Logistics & Health Commodities  The department plan, execute and manage dynamic supply and demand network for receipt, storage and distribution of vaccines and health commodities. They Deploy transport services and ICT technology for scheduling and tracking The department is currently structured into the following Divisions : – Operations – Quality Assurance & Strategic Planning – Delivery
Department Of Special Duties Department Of Special Duties  The Department of Special Duties as it is known came into being following the upgrading of the Special Duties Unit (under ED’s Office) into a Department by the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) – Circular HCSF/CMO/EM/243/17/ dated 11th March, 2014 Divisions:- Protocol, Events, and Travels Division- Stock Verification Division- Anti-Corruption & Transparency Unit (ACTU)

Internal audit is one of the ten departments in NPHCDA. It is a major function include checking of compliance with extant laws, regulations, instructions, and directives. Ensuring efficient use of resources, adequacy of accounting processes and procedures, that proper books of accounts are maintained and that funds are used only for approved budgeted purposes. Advising the Executive Director on all audit matters, technical provisions of the Audit Regulations and Treasury circulars.
