In line with NPHCDA’s Strategic Initiative 1.5; Engender a skilled, motivated and engaged workforce, management has instituted a ‘BEST PERFORMING DEPARTMENT/ZONE “award for each month which will culminate into an “Overall Best performing Department/Zone” at the end of each year.

The award for the month of January 2026 has been won by the Department of Administration and Human Resource.
