On the 11th and 12th December 2025, the National Primary Health Care Development Agency held its end-of-year ‘Staff Retreat and Recognition’ programme with the team, “Leadership and accountability towards an energized NPHCDA workforce.”

The first day was kick-started with a leadership mind re-engineering training session for management (Directors, Deputy Directors and state coordinators) from the headquarter and zonal offices across the country. On the second day, began with a session on staff reflection and commitment. Highlights of the event were presentation competitions between programmatic units, recognition and awards for deserving staff members and a celebration of retirees.
